Both have unlimited-labelled Mexico options
Do not reduce the choice to “Airalo is limited, Holafly is unlimited.” The observed Mexico pages list unlimited options from both providers. The table compares the same seven-day duration, but it does not establish equal speed policies, hotspot allowances or coverage.
For a week of maps and messages
Quote a fixed allowance as well. An unlimited package is not automatically better value if you will spend most of your time on hotel Wi-Fi. Compare 10GB packages against your own recent usage and the number of days you will be away.
For laptop sharing
Holafly’s Mexico page lists 1GB of shared data per day. Do not interpret its unlimited handset-data label as unlimited hotspot use. Check Airalo’s sharing conditions on the exact selected package before making a laptop-use comparison. Holafly Mexico details (checked September 14, 2026).
For a longer itinerary
Request quotes for your complete stay. Do not multiply a seven-day price to estimate a month when a different duration may be offered. If you also visit another country, compare the full route with a regional or global product.
How to decide
Use the actual checkout total and check coverage for your stops, validity start, fair-use rules and refund conditions. We have not field-tested either plan and do not declare a winner from the small headline-price difference.
